These alerts serve many purposes, including broadcasting important show announcements, notifying users of time changes, or providing updates on show cancellations or postponements. Showtime users have the convenience of scheduling these page and event alerts, specifying start and end dates and times. These alerts, available in both text-based and overlay formats, can include additional elements like links - which creates a "More Info" button - and a description.
